Our Vison and Mission
Skills Journey
NUTECH Skills Journey consists of three phases:
Learn, Build, and Rise. Each phase is further divided into five steps: Skill Development, Counselling & Mentoring, Internship, Start-up, and Rising Star. Initially, the journey begins with the Skill Development phase, focused on foundational and professional skills.
In this stage, students attend lectures and complete assignments using a curriculum designed with global partners. Notably, Tang China and TAI Finland collaborated to develop this industry-aligned curriculum. Moreover, learning goes beyond classrooms to ensure real-world relevance. Therefore, the Counselling & Mentoring phase emphasizes personal growth, soft skills, and job preparation. Students also learn CV writing, communication, and interview skills during this phase. Next, in the Internship phase, students gain hands-on experience with leading companies. This helps bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Furthermore, a Job Expo is conducted at the end of the course. It provides opportunities for real-world interaction and startup exposure. As a result, students enter the Start-up phase with confidence and practical knowledge. Some of them launch new ventures guided by expert mentorship. Finally, these successful individuals transition into the Rising Star phase of their journey.

We provide a conducive learning environment where individuals acquire not only technical skills but also essential life competencies. Through character building, communication training, and hands-on experience, students build the foundation for personal and professional growth.
